Yes. Cloud sync gives you a private sync code. Your partner enters it once on their phone and you are both looking at the same plan — a change on one phone shows up on the other within seconds. No email sign-up, no passwords. Prefer to keep it on one device? If you have never enabled sync or joined a shared plan, WeddingFlow does not upload your plan.
Your local plan works offline; cloud sync and cloud photos need internet access. Turning on cloud sync or joining a plan stores a shared copy and photos online, with no email or password needed. Anyone with your sync code can join; cloud photos require online access and authenticated plan membership. Turning sync off disconnects that device; use Remove from the cloud to remove the shared copy. Back up before joining a plan, which replaces your local plan. See our privacy policy for details.
Yes. Seating, Day-of and Gifts each have a Print / PDF option. The seating chart PDF includes your floor plan and every table’s guest list with meals and dietary notes; the day-of timeline prints as a clean schedule for your coordinator; the thank-you list prints with mailing addresses and tick boxes. On iPhone the PDF opens in the share sheet, so you can print it, AirDrop it or save it to Files.
