Times are a starting point. Confirm the real length of your ceremony, add travel time between locations, and pad each block by 10–15 minutes so a slow start does not cascade.
How to build your own
Work backward from two fixed points: your ceremony start and your reception end (often set by the venue’s curfew). Slot dinner, toasts and dancing between them, then place hair, makeup and photos before the ceremony.
